Safety first

Safety drives all our planning and decision making, not just for the period of the build, but also for the operational lifespan of the infrastructure. We are highly experienced in the planning and delivery of safe work, from supporting the client with key health and safety documentation to the production of those required from principal contractors.

Construction Phase Plans

We have produced the Construction Phase Plans (CPP) for numerous large scale multidisciplinary complex projects, ensuring all the health and safety risks are fully documented, listing all the measures in place to minimise and eliminate risk.

Regulations and the Law

We understand and are fully compliant with CDM 2015, the Management Regulations and other key legal and moral requirements.

We are not just focused on our own duties but fully understand those of all duty holders and can ensure that all parties involved, including designers, contractors and workers are fully compliant.

Principal Contractors Nominated Person

We have been appointed as the Principal Contractors Nominated Person on numerous large projects and delivered the role successfully. As Principal Contractor’s Rep/Nominated Person on large multi-disciplinary projects for over 10yrs, we have full ongoing experience of all the duties required.

Complexity management

We can lead the integration, deconfliction and management of complex rail worksites and blockades including the management of Safe Work Managers and Safe Work Leaders.
